Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mom’s out there.
Today is a day I think back to my special mom. All the times she wiped my nose, kissed my boo-boos and even got me a cold face-cloth and a glass of water during my first hang-over. I was and still am a very lucky girl. I was blessed with one of the good Mothers.
My wish for this Mother’s Day is this:
1. I hope a cure is found for all diseases afflicting children.
2. I hope in the coming year we pull together as a global community and that less children go hungry.
3. I hope more children are kept safe from violence, abuse and other atrocities inflicted upon children.
